daily report

Yesterday I drank:
32 oz of coke
oz of water

The ways I worked out were:
20 min of hula hoop around my waist
15 sit ups
5 push ups
15 seconds of plank
1 min march in place
3 min jog in place
2 min jumping jacks
1 min squat and kicks

I also looked for some bracelets to put on for this great pinterest idea!
